What Awaits You in This Role? As a Group Vendor Management Specialist, you'll take on an unconventional yet rewarding role that makes a real impact. Here's what your day-to-day could look like:
- Ensure continuity, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance for IT and third-party vendors, following DORA standards.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Operations to oversee vendor performance and risk management.
- Shape the future by developing policies, procedures, and templates for ICT third-party risk management.
- Conduct thorough due diligence, assess risks, and refine critical continuity plans for ICT services.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs) to align vendor performance with strategic goals.
- Maintain and enhance the Register of Information (RoI) for all ICT services, ensuring top-notch organization.
- Lead the preparation and testing of response and recovery plans for critical ICT services.
- Play a crucial role in supporting internal and external audits with impactful documentation and assessments.

- You hold a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Information Security, or Informatics, showcasing your strong educational foundation.
- You bring 3+ years of hands-on experience in ICT vendor management, IT risk management, or operational resilience, making you a seasoned professional.
- Your expertise in ICT outsourcing and third-party vendor management sets you apart as a strategic thinker in navigating complex vendor dynamics.
- You're proficient in Microsoft Office 365, MS Windows Server, and IT Network Technology, ensuring you're well-equipped for the technical challenges ahead.
- Your fluency in English allows you to excel in a global, collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and a proactive team-player attitude make you an invaluable asset to any team.

Maltene sve. Ako želite da "sagorite" u roku od nekoliko meseci ovo je idelana kompanija. Korišćenje zastarelih procedura u poslu, pišeš deset mejlova da bi završio neku jednostavnu stvar. Zastareli računari i oprema, sporost i tromost prilikom odlučivanja o uvođenju novih projekata i inovacija... Neiskusni menadžeri koji ne znaju da li su došli ili pošli, pričaju jedno, rade drugo a misle treće itd. Ogroman pritisak, mobing i loši uslovi za dobru komunikaciju među zaposlenima. Konstantno se ogovaraju kolege i podmeću noge drugima. Možeš eventualno da napreduješ ako se "šlihtaš" nadređenom i gaziš po drugima. Ljudi ili beže iz kompanije svakodnevno ili bivaju najureni zbog "pogrešnog ophođenja u mejlu" i sličnih gluposti. Vrednosti kompanije uopšte nisu okrenute ka čoveku, već samo ka profitu.
