1. What does the selection process looks like?
Through several conversations with you, we want to introduce you to the job that awaits you, the team you are joining, our culture and values. We also want to get to know you, your previous working experience and make sure that you have the necessary knowledge and skills for the position you are applying for.
2. How many interviews will I have and how long are they?
At DTI, we split the HR round into two parts. First, you will have a short interview (30 minutes), representing the first round of selection. Then, it comes the second round, which lasts approximately 1 hour. After that, you may have a test to do on your side (depending on the position). Finally, there comes the technical interview which lasts approximately 1 hour. Here is a summary of the entire process, in short:
- CV screening and a short introduction
- HR interview- Technical test (depending on the position)
- Technical interview
3. I want to apply for a job at DTI, how do I do it?
We often have open job offers (see them on this page) which are frequently updated, so you are free to apply to them through the job offer post directly. You will need to have a curriculum vitae that will be included in your application, and you can also add a motivational letter if you’d like to. If we do not have an open job that matches your career wishes, feel free to write to us via email at office@dti.rs with a spontaneous application, we’d love to hear from you!
4. Who will I talk to at the interviews?
You can always count on the recruitment and selection team’s colleague – Suzana. During the process, you will meet your future colleagues and your supervisor as well as the firm’s director.
5. Are the interviews online or live?
The first two are online, whereas the technical interview is usually live.
6. When can I expect to receive a response to my application?
The selection process usually lasts for about a month, and whether it will last longer or shorter depends on the number of applications we receive. Do not worry, as you will definitely get feedback from your application, be that positive or negative. At most one week before the closing of the job offer, we will let you know whether we will invite you to an interview or not. During the interview, you will receive further information about the exact dates for the next steps in your selection process and the feedback we have for your application.
