About us

We’re Hyperoptic, and we’re building a hyperfast full fibre broadband network in the UK.

Our teams are located across the UK and Belgrade, Serbia

Vacation loyalty program

Hyperoptic’s employees are entitled to 25 days of annual leave, increasing by one day for each year of employment, up to a maximum of 35 days.


In addition to that, all our employees are entitled to one paid day off for your birthday, to be taken on the day of the birthday or the day before/after if your birthday falls on a rest/non-working day.


We support volunteering and giving one paid day for volunteering activities, either with our partners SOS Children's Villages or any other of your choice.

Hybrid work model

Work-life balance is particularly important, therefore, we at Hyperoptic give you the opportunity to work a maximum of 2 days a week from home.

Family and parenthood

For each one of us, the family is the most important, therefore, we offer support to parents and their little ones.

Our dads are provided with additional 3 weeks paid leave once their baby is born, to get to know their new family member.

To our moms who earn more than 3 average salaries in Serbia, we pay the difference up to their full salary and up to a maximum of 5 average salaries.

Discount program

All our employees will receive a card that can be used as an identification for a discount with all our partners with whom we have a discount agreement (iStyle, Gigatron, BC Group, etc.)

Hyperoptic exists because of its people and is not shy about showing gratitude.

We believe that excellent results should be rewarded, therefore, when you go beyond the expected, we pay out bonuses according to the bonus scheme of the department.


We appreciate every day with our employees, and we celebrate and reward every 5th year with us. Also, we celebrate your special events with gifts, such as baby born, etc.


When hiring new candidates, we encourage our employees to recommend a person they believe would fit Hyperoptic and the position itself. If we hire the person you recommended for the job available, you will receive a referral bonus.
