Leadership Update - Milan Dinic to Oversee Engineering Team
We are thrilled to announce a significant leadership update at Insightful. Milan Dinic, our Director of Engineering, has taken the main leading role in overseeing our Engineering team.
Milan has been with the company since its founding and has dedicated eight years to driving our engineering efforts. In this expanded role, Milan will focus on aligning our product strategies with engineering excellence delivering even greater value to our customers.
Milan's leadership will elevate our team and drive continuous innovation and product development.
Enhancing Psychological Safety and Data-Driven Decisions: Highlights from the HR Tech Forum
This year, we have had the exciting opportunity to speak at the HR Tech Forum, where we delved into the crucial topic of psychological safety. It was a chance to explore this important subject with a broader audience and engage in meaningful discussions with experts from various fields.
The HR Tech Forum was particularly special for us as it allowed us to connect with our local community and share the unique culture we have built around psychological safety. It felt like we were "among our own" - openly sharing our journey, the ups and downs, and encouraging others to explore this path.
While we have previously been focused on gaining knowledge and experience from the US HR community where we regularly engage with HR experts, the HR Tech Forum marked our first major presentation in the local scene. We look forward to many more opportunities like this to engage with and contribute to the HR crew within the region in the future.
In addition to culture, we also presented Insightful software highlighting its significance for HR teams. The interest we encountered from our colleagues went beyond our expectations, reinforcing the value Insightful brings.
At Insightful, our mission is to equip managers with the data they need to make informed, data-driven decisions about their people. To further enhance our customer experience, we are expanding our Customer Success team’s outreach. We have recently introduced customer success hours, allowing us to interact more directly with all of our clients.
