My manager offered me at least 5 completely different projects based on my wishes, so I was able to choose the best technology stack and business sphere for my career path.

Lack of non-working opportunities. In Epam, for example, there was non-technical festivals for speakers who wanted to share their knowledges. As an art person I want more stuff like internal musical band, podcasts, seminars, festivals and so on. BUT community in telegram are very self-organized, so we already have carting and bicycle clubs and now thinking of band and literature clubs)
