As a technical lead of software engineers at a business banking software organization within NCR Voyix, I've found my role to be incredibly rewarding. Developing solutions that directly impact how financial institutions operate has been both challenging and fulfilling. From architecting scalable systems to ensuring robust security measures, every day presents new opportunities to innovate, refine our products and learn something new.

Working alongside talented colleagues who share a passion for pushing technological boundaries has been inspiring. I take pride in knowing that my contributions directly lead to enhancing efficiency and reliability in the financial sector, ultimately benefiting our clients and their customers.

We in NCR Voyix like treat every customer like it is the only customer of ours. That mindset and vision allows us to be successful in cooperation with the biggest credit unions and financial institutions in the North America.

My business journey with NCR Voyix started in Operations team, 9 years ago.

Throughout the years, I've been on different roles: from L1 Associate, Subject Matter Expert to Management roles leading Major Clients & Teams allowed me insight to various levels of support and company structures.

I have been promoted to 5 different roles in past 9 years, grateful that my work and dedication have always been recognized and awarded.

The culture we aim to maintain and promote is exactly that – fairness and opportunities - where each individual is encouraged to shine and grow feeling supported while they travel and explore their career path.

It feels really good being part of this team and this corporation. In NCR Voyix, we have a lot of opportunities to work on various projects and meet people with wide scope of knowledge, culture and interests. Company keeps the atmosphere high on every level, so I am always happy to come to the office, to talk to other colleagues on every level in hierarchy, to join corporate non-working activities, team buildings etc. I had a chance so far to work on 3 projects, they were all interesting, I learned something new on each of them. In my experience as a team member at NCR Voyix, what has made the strongest impression on me is the sheer amount of talented and pleasant people I get to work with and share ideas with—far more than I have encountered in my career so far. As part of the Digital Banking team, I am involved in building the next-generation platform for various Business Banking products, and with the help of an amazing team that is distributed across the globe, we consistently ensure that we deliver high-quality solutions to our customers.

Working at NCR Voyix has been an absolute delight!! The best part of my job was the fast adoption rate between colleagues, working with the software industry experts and seeing the real impact of my work. Best part of my job with NCR Voyix are my colleagues and the variety of projects we are working on. The atmosphere on the external affairs team is so beyond fantastic and full of understanding, which makes work so much fun even though there’s an entire ocean separating me from my teammates. Since external affairs encompasses so many different projects, engagements and events, I always get to be involved in something creative while working with and meeting people from all walks of life, which is beyond amazing.

My favorite part of being part of NCR Voyix is having fun while turning everything I do into meaningful experiences for my customers. It’s been like that in every role I’ve had here. At NCR Voyix, it’s like a white canvas—I get the opportunity to paint the landscape that will become our guiding strategy and to create something that we can all, as one NCR Voyix, be proud of.
