I started my career in OIP Insurtech 5 years ago as an Assistant Underwriter. When I look back at that moment, I realize how dynamic and exciting that path was! At first, I became a Focus group member just after a couple of months in the company. This provided me a chance to be a part of a revolutionary automation project that required decent computer and analytical skills which eventually led me to the place where I am now. As a Focus group member, I got an amazing opportunity to work on additional software projects where I expanded my knowledge in many areas. Eventually, I got a huge opportunity to become a part of OIP Insurtech where every new day brings new excitement! Working with this many talented people makes this feel like a pleasure and not a job! A great bond between the employees is what always inspires me. Enormous enthusiasm and great working ethics make the working environment delightful! My motivation lies in my engagement in a lot of different projects. It offers new learning chances and career promotions. Learning about insurance seemed like an exciting prospect at the beginning of my career and after understanding the process inside and out, OIP Insurtech was the best way to go a step further. I enjoy finding problems and understanding how things work, especially when they don't! An internal advertisement for Data Analyst / Consultant position and the accompanying job description raised my curiosity. Mainly Excel and analytical skills I am familiar with, combined with certain Dashboard projects done in the past, encouraged me to send the application. The thought of a dynamic work environment sounded very attractive from the start. A variety of projects is something that keeps the work atmosphere and enthusiasm at a high level, so I wished to be a part of it. Besides, the opportunity to grasp wider knowledge about the Software Development process as a whole by working side-by-side with people, brilliant in what they do, was a real chance. Now, after a year and a half within the team, I can say that I'm proud of our achievements and the relationship we built. What amazes me is the willingness of the Software Development team members, not just to understand the entire business logic, but also to suggest very useful and practical UI solutions. As a big team, we communicate often and try to share the knowledge between each other, which eases everybody's work and sets a suitable ground for future projects.
