About us

TargetVideo is an international video ad solutions powerhouse that provides comprehensive services to website owners, video publishers, and advertisers. The company was founded in 2014 in Munich as a video content production agency and has grown into a leading publishing and advertising provider in Germany since.

In 2023, TargetVideo acquired Brid.TV, a growing Belgrade, Serbia-based video engagement and monetization platform with a rich video and ad tech portfolio.

Together, we now provide top-tier video advertising, content management, and monetization solutions all over the world.

Selection process

Here at TargetVideo, we’re proud of our efficient selection process. We value the time each candidate dedicates to us, which is why we want to give them the best experience possible.


When we start receiving applications for an open position, we send a test task to selected candidates. Each task has a reasonable deadline (in line with the position requirements, but also keeping in mind that most candidates are already currently employed). The task is closely related to the position in question.


Upon the successful completion of the task, you will have an on-site HR interview. Candidates who pass this interview round will be invited for a technical interview, also on-site. These interviews usually don’t run longer than 45-60 minutes.


After the technical interview, once the relevant sector managers have reached a decision, we contact the chosen candidate. In (very rare) exceptional cases, we may set up a final selection round.


In many ways, the selection process reflects the TargetVideo company culture – an efficient team of people ready to successfully respond to clients’ needs.
