Below is a detailed overview of our recruitment process:
- Intro Chat with Talent Team
Duration: Up to 45 minutes
Your journey begins with an introductory chat with our Talent Team. This conversation helps us get to know you better and provides you with an opportunity to learn more about Rho, our culture, and the role you're applying for.
Duration: Up to 30 minutes
Next, you'll undergo a technical screening designed to assess your core technical skills and expertise relevant to the position. This step ensures that you have the foundational knowledge necessary for the role.
Duration: Up to 2 hours
The interviewer and interviewee share a coding platform to solve a technical problem together.
During it, the interviewer guides the candidate through the process and the candidate writes most of the code. They discuss the process and both can ask questions, give their opinion, and voice concerns.
A code pairing interview helps interviewers get an understanding of the candidate’s coding, collaboration, and communication skills.
Duration: Up to 30 minutes
You'll then meet with one of our executives for a deeper dive into your aspirations and how they align with the goals of the team and the company.
