Nikola Popović

Senior Project Manager

My role in sa.global is Senior Project Manager and my task is to make sure that projects are run smoothly, agile with a focus on success for all involved sides. When I think on sa.global, I refer more to the intercultural environment than to international company. This environment is providing us specific dynamics that never stops, a bit of positive craziness during all phases of the processes with a feeling that we are part of something bigger than we imagine. In sa.global we are encouraged to think out-of-box, to be proactive, agile (in the true sense of the word) and to be ready to question our approaches and their applications. Projects are very diverse, and personally I am addicted to the moments such as: think fast, master the unknown processes and always, but always challenge the protocol.

Jasna Milinković

Finance and Operations Functional Consultant

I am Finance and Operations Functional consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365. I am part of Managed Services team, which can be simply described as a team that provides support to sa.global clients. We analyze client’s business requirements and translating them into successful business processes and solutions based on industry best practices. Functional consultant advises client how to transform their business in line with the functionalities and features of Microsoft Dynamics 365 which sometimes might seem „infinite“. What I really like about this position is a great possibility to combine accounting and finance knowledge with software solutions knowledge. Feeling of belonging is what I really love, sa.global nurtures that behavioral culture. All tasks and assignments are equally distributed among team members. I can always rely on colleagues who have more than 15 years of experience in this job and who are experts for Micosoft Dynamics 365. I really like that we all aim towards the same goal - providing the best possible support to our clients, we are client oriented.

Milan Babić

Senior Customer Engagement Consultant

As a Senior Customer Engagement Consultant I am working on a developing solutions based on various Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications like Dynamics 365 for Sales, Marketing, Customer Service. Also I am working on developing applications on the Power Platform. Apart from implemenation, I am involved in various project stages - from presales activities, creating back log and design session to building phase and end user training. Besides implementation of various Dynamics and Power Platform applications, what CE team also works on is deveploment and integration between Dynamics and other applications. Working in sa.global, international organization which spans across six continents allowed me to meet and cooperate with people from all around the world. While working on certain projects I had the opportunity to travel to different destinations.
