Our team is expanding and we are looking for a top-notch Account Manager with dynamic a skillset that will shape the client experience to the next level. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship building skills with a passion for helping clients achieve their business needs. The main responsibilities will include maintaining and growing current accounts, attracting and developing new accounts and working with internal teams to address clients’ product or service requirements.
Objectives:
- Act as the primary point of contact for any matters relating to the account.
- Build strong, trusting, and long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain and develop business from both existing and new clients.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve inquiries and requests from clients in a timely manner.
- Develop and manage a customer retention program to increase brand loyalty.
- Implement strategies to attract new domain portfolio holders.
- Leverage your domain name knowledge, skills, and experience to help understanding clients’ top needs and identify upsell, cross-sell and renewal opportunities.
- Meet regularly with team for account reporting and growth planning.
- Facilitate and coordinate regular client meetings.
- Ensure client satisfaction via customer feedback loop.
- Stay up to date on company product and service offerings to better support clients.
Required Qualifications:
- Knowledge of the domain name industry.
- Understanding of industry trends and domain monetization
- Experience in customer service, account management or related fields.
- Excellent communication, networking, people and follow up skills.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to travel.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to occasionally work weekends, holidays and “off hours”.
- Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday.
Bonus Qualifications (Optional)
- Bilingual.
- Knowledge and experience as a domain broker.
- Experience in sales.
- Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce.
