We are an innovative company from Germany that develops cloud-based (SAAS) agricultural software. Our team works worldwide in many countries to further develop our solutions. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an assistant to support us in organizing and implementing our projects.
Your Responsibilities:
- Development and communication of release plans and roadmaps
- Support in the organization and documentation of project tasks
- Participation in international planning meetings
- Assistance in creating and maintaining technical documentation
- Management and updating of project-related tools and systems
- Data analysis and preparation of reports to support project work
- Coordination and communication with internal and external team members
Your Profile:
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in common project management and documentation tools (e.g., Excel, MS Teams, MS Planner)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new software tools
Communication and Organizational Skills:
- Very good written and verbal communication skills in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
- Organizational skills and the ability to work in a structured and precise manner
- Team-oriented and willing to collaborate in a multicultural environment
Personal Traits:
- Independent and analytical in work
- Flexibility and openness to new tasks and a willingness to learn
- Reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
