Your role and impact:
As a Business Analyst at WhiteTech, you will critically analyze business requirements, improve product offerings, and ensure that our e-commerce and payment solutions align with customer needs. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to product strategy, optimize workflows, and support the successful implementation of new features.
Your key responsibilities:
- Conduct business analysis for e-commerce, payments, and fintech projects.
- Gather, document, and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, merchants, and focus groups.
- Identify gaps in current products and propose data-driven improvements.
- Work with third-party providers to integrate gaming APIs, RTP configurations, and bonus systems.
- Provide technical support to internal teams, ensuring smooth product implementation.
- Assist in troubleshooting, testing, and launching new platform features.
- Create technical documentation, including integration guides, user manuals, and knowledge base materials.
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and product training.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong understanding of slot game mechanics and RTP models
- Experience working in both B2B and B2C environments.
- Knowledge of business analysis frameworks, project management methodologies, and industry compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles, especially related to slot game interfaces (Figma experience is a plus).
- Experience with SQL, data analysis tools, and knowledge of API integrations.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Miro, UML, Google Docs, and Sheets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of working effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies in game development.
- English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
