Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join a growing team within a leading global manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will combine strong business process understanding with technical skills and the ability to work in an Agile environment. This role involves close collaboration with stakeholders across multiple teams to identify business needs, translate them into actionable requirements, and support the delivery of data-driven and process improvement initiatives. You will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, supporting digital projects, and contributing to continuous improvement.

This position is offered as a fixed-term contract.

Duties:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather, document, and clarify business requirements.
• Conduct data analysis and generate reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
• Support process mapping, workflow design, and business modelling to identify improvement opportunities.
• Contribute to project delivery by preparing documentation, business cases, and functional specifications.
• Participate in Agile and Scrum ceremonies and contribute to project delivery within an iterative framework.
• Work within tools such as Azure DevOps, or have an understanding of similar Agile project management platforms.
• Write SQL queries for reporting and data validation (training available if required).
• Assist with testing and implementation phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by reviewing and refining existing processes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Economics, IT, or a related field.
• Previous experience in business analysis, consulting, or a similar role (internship or entry-level experience welcome).
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or process modeling tools (e.g., Visio) is an advantage.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework, with familiarity or conceptual knowledge of Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
• Must be based in Belgrade and eligible to work.
