Responsibilities:
- Expansion, improvement of existing and creation of new sales opportunities by the development strategy,
- Direct participation in the creation of new products and services based on the needs of the market and the company's strategy,
- Managing and strengthening relationships with existing clients and making contacts with potential clients,
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs to improve business,
- Proposing new projects and writing business proposals,
- Organization, coordination, and preparation of tender documentation during the company's participation in tenders and other procurements,
- Strengthening the company's image to increase the client base,
- Continuous reporting on business development within the domain of responsibility,
- Participation in the competition and market analysis,
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives,
- Preparation and presentation of the company's product and service portfolio,
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives,
- Tracking of invoices related to customer services.
Requirements:
- Previous working experience as a business development manager, sales executive, or a relevant role with a proven sales track record in the software industry,
- Good understanding and experience with Solution selling or another similar sales methodology
- Experience with the design and implementation of business development strategies,
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task with excellent organizational skills,
- Ability to grow with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty,
- High level of communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills,
- Proficiency in English,
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
