Job description:
- Definition of product strategies and road maps
- Management of budget and objectives
- Execution of agreed company strategy
- Management and Lead of development, Consulting, QA and Support Teams
- Responsibilities for profit and loss of the departments and company
- Cooperation with existing customers and business partners and development of new
- Tracking and reporting of department success
- Responsibility for Team members and their relationship
- Account responsibility (projects, budget, objectives, dates, plans, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English language
- Experience 7+ years on similar management positions
- Presentation skills
- Motivation skills
- Social competences
- High communication skills
- Technical background
