This is you

• Strong understanding of various Infrastructure Automation Tools such asTerraform and/or CloudFormation
• Experience in architecting, designing, developing, and implementing cloud solutions
• Experience with Container Orchestration tools like OpenShift or Kubernetes
• Solid experience in writing Docker files and Helm charts
• Familiarity with Configuration Management tools, such as Ansible, Puppet, Chef, and/or Windows PowerShell DSC
• Solid understanding of on-premises and cloud networking, security, and related technologies
• Knowledge of compute runtime environments and the differences between native compute, virtual, and containers
• Previous experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, and/or ELK

Nice-to-have skills:

• Expertise in integrating, configuring, deploying, and managing centrally provided cloud services
• Experience in configuring and managing databases like Oracle, MS SQL, and/or PostgreSQL
• Familiarity with Agile Team management tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Good working knowledge on Linux and/or Windows operating systems

Day to day challenges:

• Collaborating with DevOps and Development teams to evaluate and identify optimal cloud solutions
• Take charge of the complete lifecycle of Cloud-based projects, from inception to deployment and maintenance
• Master Cloud technology and stay updated with the latest advancements
• Analyze existing platforms to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements for better performance and efficiency
• Provide expert infrastructure and consulting in order to address change requests and effectively meet customer requirements
• Develop and deliver tailor-made solutions, align with customer specifications or our recommended implementation strategies
• Design, develop, and deploy modular cloud-based systems
• Develop and maintain cloud solutions in accordance with best practices
• Ensure efficient functioning of data storage and process functions in accordance with company security policies and best practices in cloud security

This is your role

• Supporting the technical needs of customers, resolving technical issues and engaging on additional issues or opportunities for the DevOps tools and products
• Develop deep understanding of the customer products and technology, work closely with engineering and sales to resolve critical technical issues
• Engage with the sales prospects in preparation and presentation of the DevOps product and technology and addressing technical questions during the sales cycle
