About the opportunity

We are looking for an Contextual audience manager, who is enthusiastic team-worker, with keen eye to details, to join our Belgrade team. The Contextual audience manager will work closely with the team lead in all aspects of managing of day to day active segments in both public marketplace and client specific sales, creation of the custom categories, keeping a clear record of all segments, and quality check of the inventory. 

Contextual audience manager would:

  • Understands the ad tech industry
  • Analyse and interpret large datasets to identify trends, inconsistencies, and hidden insights
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across multiple sources
  • Detect anomalies and inconsistencies
  • Inspire inventory planning with a solid understanding of offline and digital channels
  • Identify opportunities to improve the inventory

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Set Up Custom Categories

  • Create new custom data categories based on business needs.
  • Organize and classify data into meaningful and structured segments.
  • Maintain and update category definitions as business requirements evolve.

2. Build Segments

  • Ensure accurate segmentation by applying filters and rules to categorize data effectively.
  • Optimize segment structures for performance and usability across different platforms.

3. Monitor Segments

  • Maintain a clear and structured record of all created segments, including metadata and usage logs.
  • Track segment performance and ensure they align with business objectives.

4. Quality Check

  • Conduct manual reviews of newly created segments for accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify domain, URL, and audience reach to ensure data integrity.
  • Cross-check data sources to eliminate inconsistencies or redundancies.
  • Implement quality control processes to improve segment reliability and minimize errors.

About you

  • Strong ability to identify patterns, categorize data effectively, and ensure accuracy across large datasets.
  • Solid understanding of the Ad Tech industry 
  • Jira and Microsoft Office (most importantly, Excel) knowledge 
  • Ability to detect inconsistencies and optimize data processes efficiently
  • Exceptional organisation
  • Proactivity, and time management
  • Team worker
  • Strong spoken and written English skills

  • Stage 1: Initial Screening with Talent Acquisition Team (30 mins Video Call)
  • Stage 2: Technical and competency Interview with Team Lead (60 mins In-Person), upon which you’ll receive couple of small tasks
  • Stage 3: Final Interview with Chief Revenue Officer (30 mins in-Person)
