Since our founding in 2014, we’ve been committed to innovation in recruitment, and since 2020, we’ve been part of the TOP 40 HR companies in Germany. Now, we're looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and help us build Talentwunder into the go-to platform for recruiting solutions.

What We Expect

  • 2+ years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or in a similar role, ideally in SaaS or HR tech
  • Fluent in both written and spoken German (required)
  • Strong communication skills in English (we conduct our team meetings in English)
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients succeed
  • Experience working directly with customers to understand their needs and offer strategic solutions
  • Ability to analyze customer data and provide actionable insights to improve product usage
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a collaborative attitude

What You Can Expect

  • You will manage relationships with our clients to ensure they are getting the most out of our platform
  • You will provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support to our customers, guiding them to success
  • You will work closely with sales, product, and development teams to ensure smooth client experiences
  • You will use customer data to analyze trends, identify areas for improvement, and proactively address potential issues
  • You will be a key advocate for our customers within Talentwunder, ensuring their feedback is heard and acted upon
