Customer Support Agent
Job Description:
The role involves accepting client requests and complaints, actively monitoring the resolution of reported issues within the company departments responsible for these matters, informing clients about the status of their requests, and professionally tracking delivered solutions through written and occasionally verbal communication, while continuously updating all activities through the internal client request tracking system.
Required and Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Preferable experience in a casino environment and knowledge of the land-based casino industry
- Common technical knowledge (PC components, communication, standards, …)
- Experience in client communication
- Experience with Issue Tracking systems
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions
- Ability to work both in a team and independently
- Proficiency in computer usage and basic software tools (MS Office, CRM systems)
- Basic knowledge of terminal work on Linux operating systems is preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
