Engineering Software Lab Serbia has more than 250 employees divided into two broad business units: the Custom Software Development unit, which gathers developers and specialists who work in the fields of consulting, project management, and development of information systems; and the Engineering Enterprise Solutions unit which provides SAP technical and consultancy support, as well SAP development.

Customer Support Specialist in Italian Language
(Part-time) Part-time employment contract
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Receiving, recording, and tracking requests from international, mostly Italian-speaking clients, that arrive via Trouble Ticketing Systems, e-mail, and telephone and their adequate registration and processing in Italian and English.
- Contact with other levels of support
- Reporting common mistakes and their solutions (writing documentation)
- Translating requests and documentation
- Working in shifts mostly in work from home modality:
- 4 hours on Friday (2 shifts: 9 – 13 and 13 – 17)
- 8 hours on Saturday (3 shifts: 6 – 14, 14 – 22 and 22 – 06)
- 8 hours on Sunday (3 shifts: 6 – 14, 14 – 22 and 22 – 06)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- An excellent knowledge of spoken and written Italian and English language is mandatory since all job activities are carried out towards foreign clients in the Italian language
- A good knowledge of computer usage is necessary
- Minimum work experience in interacting with native speakers of the Italian language is desirable, and the same experience with native speakers of English is a clear advantage
- Previous experience in providing Customer Support is a clear advantage
- Minimum requirement: high school diploma

OPIS POSLA:
- Prijem, snimanje i praćenje zahteva od međunarodnih klijenata koji uglavnom govore italijanski, koji stižu preko sistema Trouble Ticketing Sistems, e-pošte i telefona i njihova adekvatna registracija i obrada na italijanskom i engleskom jeziku.
- Kontakt sa drugim nivoima podrške
- Prijavljivanje uobičajenih grešaka i njihova rešenja (pisanje dokumentacije)

POTREBNE KVALIFIKACIJE
- Obavezno odlično poznavanje govornog i pisanog italijanskog i engleskog jezika, jer se sve poslovne aktivnosti prema stranim klijentima odvijaju na italijanskom jeziku
- Potrebno je dobro poznavanje upotrebe računara
- Poželjno je radno iskustvo u komunikaciji sa osobama čiji je maternji jezik italijanski, dok je iskustvo u komunikaciji sa osobama čiji je maternji jezik engleski dodatna prednost
- Prethodno iskustvo u pružanju korisničke podrške je veliki plus
- Minimum četvrti stepen stručne spreme
