Salary range: 1600 – 2200 EUR (depending on experience and seniority)

About DataDrill

DataDrill is a Novi Sad based data engineering company, focused on building modern data platforms and scalable data solutions for international clients. We work on complex data projects in cloud environments and help companies turn data into actionable insights.

We are currently looking for two Data Engineers to join our team and work directly with a Western European client on an active project. Since the role involves direct collaboration with the client team, fluency in English is required.

Work Setup

• Hybrid work model
• 1 day per week from DataDrill’s office in Novi Sad
• 2 days per week from the client’s office in Novi Sad city centre
• 2 days remote (location of your choice)

The final interview round is conducted by the client.

There will also be quarterly travel to Western Europe to meet the client team in person.

Role Overview

You will work on building and maintaining data pipelines, data platforms, and analytical infrastructure in a cloud environment, collaborating closely with both DataDrill and client engineering teams.
