Requirements:
- Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, with a deep understanding of Terraform and CloudFormation
- Minimum 5 years of experience in DevOps/Platform Engineering, with a strong preference for AWS cloud environments in a production setting
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins<
- Familiarity with container orchestration platforms such as Kubernetes, EKS, or Docker Swarm
- In-depth knowledge of cloud architecture patterns, including microservices deployment, networking, security, and best practices for scalability and resilience
- Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch, ELK stack) to maintain system reliability
- Exposure to configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet) and GitOps workflows
- Experience working with both relational and NoSQL databases in cloud environments, including backup and disaster recovery strategies
- Hands-on experience with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration for production workloads
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a site reliability engineering mindset
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Build robust, automated CI/CD pipelines for application deployment and infrastructure provisioning
- Architect and design the overall infrastructure and deployment strategy for large-scale IT projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and security teams
- Use AWS services and tools to deploy, manage, monitor, and scale applications in a cloud-native environment
- Contribute to architecture decisions and provide input on system reliability, security, and cost optimization
