About the role

We believe in specialisation just as much as leadership. We’re seeking to hire a talented and experienced Level Designer, who will be able to create high quality, compelling, multiplayer maps, focussed on competitive PvP and Co-op PvE gameplay.

What you’ll be doing

  • Following the Creative Directors vision and working alongside the Design Director to develop and realise level designs that supports the core game experience.
  • Crafting unique spaces where gameplay flow and visual composition form memorable experiences.
  • Ensuring levels created contribute to and enhance the gameplay and game narrative.
  • Collaborate closely with a cross-discipline team to implement all related gameplay elements in the map.
  • Iterate on level designs based on playtesting feedback and internal reviews.
  • Help contribute to the creation and constant improvement of tools, pipelines and processes that the level the design team will use.

About you

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a game development environment as a level designer
  • Shipped at least one 1st or 3rd person action-shooter titles.   
  • Proficiency in using the Unreal Engine
  • Experience in taking ownership and creation game levels.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills in English.
