Are you a passionate WordPress Developer with at least 5 years of experience? Do you have a strong eye for design, a knack for building pixel-perfect, fully responsive websites, and a drive to continually improve and innovate? If yes, we would love to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:

• Develop & Customize WordPress Sites: Build and maintain custom WordPress themes from scratch.
• Page Builder Expertise: Work confidently with Elementor or Bricks to create beautiful, user-friendly layouts.
• WooCommerce Integration: Set up, customize, and optimize eCommerce functionality.
• Plugin Customization: Modify existing plugins or create new ones to meet specific project requirements.
• Pixel-Perfect & Responsive Design: Ensure every detail meets design specifications and is fully optimized for all devices.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor and improve site speed, security, and overall performance.
• Collaboration: Work closely with our design and content teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Version Control & Best Practices: Use Git or similar tools to manage code repositories and follow best coding standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ Years of WordPress Experience: Proven track record and portfolio demonstrating custom theme development, WooCommerce, and plugin customization.
• Strong Command of Front-End Technologies: HTML5, CSS3 (Sass/Less), JavaScript (jQuery/Vanilla), and responsive design methods.
• Europe-Based: Must be located in Europe to ensure time zone alignment with our team.
• Full-Time Availability: Ready to commit 40 hours per week (no agencies, freelancers only).
• Excellent Communication Skills: Fluent in English and able to work collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Attention to Detail: You pride yourself on building sites that match the design 1:1 and function smoothly on all devices and browsers.
• Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to troubleshoot and fix bugs quickly and efficiently.

Nice to Have:

• SEO Knowledge: Basic understanding of on-page SEO techniques.
• Experience with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) or other custom field frameworks.
• Familiarity with Multi-Language Setups: Using WPML or Polylang.
