About Us

Zelena Firma develops a multi-tenant banking and payments platform covering accounts and wallets, domestic and international payments, payouts, compliance and KYC processes, cryptocurrency operations and custody services.

The platform supports multiple clients and white-label brands and processes real financial transactions in production. Accuracy, security, testing and traceability are therefore essential to our work.

About the Role

We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer to contribute across our .NET backend and Angular frontend.

You will participate in the complete development process, from analyzing requirements and implementing solutions to testing, code review and production deployment. The level of independence and support will be adapted to your experience.

What You’ll Do

• Develop new features and resolve issues across the .NET backend and Angular frontend
• Work on modules covering payments, payouts, wallets, compliance and cryptocurrency operations
• Work with SQL Server and EF Core
• Integrate the platform with external payment and cryptocurrency providers through REST APIs and webhooks
• Write unit and integration tests
• Create focused pull requests and participate in code reviews
• Investigate production issues using application logs, telemetry and SQL queries
• Take part in the full development lifecycle, from task analysis to deployment

Technology Stack

• Backend: .NET 10, C#, ASP.NET Core, EF Core, SQL Server, CQRS and RabbitMQ
• Frontend: Angular 19, TypeScript and RxJS
• Testing: xUnit and Jasmine/Karma
• Infrastructure and tools: Azure, GitHub Actions and Git

What We’re Looking For

• Good knowledge of C# and object-oriented programming
• Practical understanding of ASP.NET Core, REST APIs, SQL and EF Core
• Experience with Angular or another frontend framework, TypeScript and RxJS
• Understanding of Git, branches, pull requests and conflict resolution
• Familiarity with unit and integration testing
• Ability to analyze technical problems and take responsibility for the code you submit
• English proficiency sufficient for working with technical documentation
• A relevant university degree or equivalent practical experience demonstrated through professional, personal, academic or open-source projects

Nice to Have

• Experience with CQRS, RabbitMQ or other message brokers
• Experience with Azure services and CI/CD processes
• Knowledge of distributed systems, asynchronous communication, retry mechanisms and idempotency
• Experience in fintech, banking, payment systems, cryptocurrencies or custody solutions
• Understanding of KYC, AML and web application security principles

Working with AI Tools

AI tools are part of our daily development, testing, code review and troubleshooting processes. We expect you to:

• Use AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor or similar tools responsibly
• Understand and verify all code you submit through review, testing and data
