What You Will Do
As a Game Mathematician, you will play a key role in shaping the player experience by designing and analyzing the mathematical models behind our games. You will contribute across the full game development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Utilize internally developed tools to adapt and convert mathematical models for game development.
- Modify existing mathematical logic or design new math models to meet specific market and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Game Designers to fine-tune payout structures and optimize game performance.
- Develop Python-based simulations to analyze and validate game mathematics.
- Work cross-functionally with Developers and other teams throughout the game development lifecycle.
- Prepare comprehensive mathematical documentation for technical approvals, ensuring compliance with jurisdictional standards.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all game mathematics–related queries from external testing laboratories.
What We're Looking For
- Candidates with 0-2 Years of Experience.
- Good knowledge of Python and ability to prove it during our assessment
- English language written/spoken is needed for communication with studios abroad
- Mathematical knowledge of statistics and probability is necessary
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Being precise, detailed, and exact
- Proactive and a team player (cooperating with other teams and having a curious mindset)
- Solid technical English as well as effective communication skills
