We are seeking an experienced and visionary General Manager with a proven track record in iGaming and digital goods, including video game businesses, to lead the development and growth of a gamified, player-centric ecosystem.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Define and refine the product and overall strategy to deliver an innovative user experience in sweepstakes and game-based platforms.
Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of top talent to execute the project vision.
Project Development: Oversee the development and deployment of disruptive technologies, focusing on gamification and the creation of a digital player avatar ecosystem.
Operational Excellence: Drive day-to-day operations while ensuring seamless integration across development, marketing, and user engagement.
Community Engagement: Foster a vibrant community of gamers and players by integrating digital goods and community-building features.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Senior leadership experience (C-level or equivalent) in iGaming operations with expertise in marketing, product development, and operations.
Proven track record in the iGaming, digital goods, or video game industry.
Strong background in product and project management at a senior level.
Creative vision for developing next-generation interactive platforms.
Fluency in English and Ukrainian/Russian is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a similar leadership role within a startup.
Background in business management or entrepreneurship
