About The Role
We are seeking a part-time Graphic Designer for a long-term, ongoing engagement. In this role, you will collaborate with our marketing, sales, and product teams to create compelling visual assets that enhance our brand, support our business development efforts, and engage our audience. Projects will range from advertising campaigns and event materials to sales collateral and website asset preparation. We’re looking for a creative professional who can maintain brand integrity while consistently producing polished, visually engaging designs.
This contract position is projected to work 20 hours per week for at least 3 months.
What You Will Do
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing managers, sales representatives, and other stakeholders to understand project goals, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Advertising Assets: Design eye-catching digital and print advertisements that elevate our brand and generate interest in Abilitie’s offerings.
- Presentations & Collateral: Develop visually compelling presentations, brochures, case studies, and other sales materials that effectively communicate our value proposition.
- Event & Trade Show Materials: Create booth graphics, signage, and promotional materials that stand out at conferences and industry events.
- Website Asset Preparation: Produce and optimize on-brand graphics, icons, and images for use on our website and digital channels, ensuring consistency and visual appeal.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all deliverables adhere to established brand guidelines, maintaining a cohesive look and feel across multiple platforms.
Who You Are
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides). Familiarity with Figma is a plus. Experience with light motion graphics or basic video editing is also beneficial.
- Experience: 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design or visual communications, preferably focused on marketing materials, branding, or sales support.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong communication skills and responsiveness; comfortable presenting design concepts and iterating based on feedback.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing diverse marketing collateral, strong typography, and layout skills, as well as brand alignment.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to produce high-quality, polished deliverables while juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
