Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic human resources team. In this crucial role, you will ensure the seamless execution of HR operations, and your expertise will contribute to maintaining a high level of operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Management of the virtual HR Inbox
  • Advise employees and supervisors on general HR concerns, administrative and employment issues
  • Preparation of employment contracts and contract amendments
  • Management for the entire personnel administration of the entire employee life cycle (from on- to offboarding)
  • Creating reference letters and interim reports
  • Creating employment confirmations and official cantonal employer certificates
  • Joint responsibility for employee database maintenance in Abacus
  • Creating and processing the birthday and service anniversary list
  • Support and collaboration in HR-specific projects
  • Maintenance of Enboarder Workflows incl. 1st level escalation management
  • Close cooperation and coordination with the Senior People Operations Manager,  HR Business Partners from all Business Units as well as Payroll and Corporate Communications
  • Management and maintenance of the Notion-Intranet

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR Operations
  • You are proficient in speaking and writing in English & German
  • You have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • You have attention to detail, and strong interpersonal skills
