HR Recruiter in IT

Cyrillic Software is a US based IT Consulting company offering positions in Serbia and in the US for quality, motivated individuals interested in working on a talented team with quality industry leading clients.

This is a work from home and remote position in Serbia, but opportunities to work abroad in the US are also available.

The HR Recruiter in IT Role is a position for an experience HR Recruiter, with extensive experience and contacts in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

• HR Recruiting in the IT Industry and understanding of different types of Job roles, positions, and technologies
• Experience using LinkedIn for head hunting purposes for IT candidates with a large collection of contacts in Linked In
• Experience interviewing candidates in the IT industry for both technical and soft skills
• Experience and understanding of common job boards like INFOSTUD, HR LAB, HelloWorld, AltTab, as well as best practices of utilizing those job boards and platforms
• Experience with cold calling of Candidates and overall Salesmanship for open positions
• Excellent Verbal and written English Communication Skills.
