We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Employee Experience Lead to join our team in Serbia. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing and optimizing programs that enhance the overall team member experience, from onboarding through long-term career development. What you’ll do
The HR Specialist for Employee Experience will report to the HR Manager at our Serbian office and will be responsible for:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to design and implement comprehensive employee experience strategies, including onboarding, engagement initiatives, and career development programs tailored to the unique needs of various teams within the organization.
- Develop and implement scalable onboarding processes that empower new hires to quickly become confident and independent contributors while promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Design and facilitate engaging employee experience initiatives using diverse techniques—such as workshops, team-building activities, and digital platforms—that cater to different preferences and job functions.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of the Pollard Career Growth framework, ensuring it aligns with organizational goals and provides clear pathways for employee development and advancement.
- Leverage the Team Sentiment Index to regularly assess the health of the company culture, analyze trends, and develop targeted action plans to address areas of concern and enhance overall employee satisfaction.
- Conduct comprehensive employee experience assessments, using tools like the Team Sentiment Index, surveys, interviews, and focus groups to identify areas for improvement and opportunities to enhance team member satisfaction and retention.
- Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of employee experience programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, adapting strategies to ensure organizational objectives are consistently met and employee satisfaction improves.
- Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and provide ongoing support to help employees integrate into the company culture and excel in their roles.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in employee experience and engagement, incorporating innovative techniques and technologies to enhance the quality and impact of our initiatives.
- Maintain and optimize tools and systems for tracking employee engagement, career progression, and satisfaction, including the Team Sentiment Index, ensuring the accuracy and accessibility of all relevant data.
- Regularly report progress to the senior leadership team on key employee experience metrics, initiatives, and outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement of the employee experience.

What You’ll Need
- 2+ years of experience in employee experience, engagement, or HR, preferably within a technology-driven or digital-focused environment, with a proven track record of creating and implementing effective employee growth and experience programs.
- Expertise in designing and delivering comprehensive employee experience initiatives, including onboarding, career development, and engagement programs, ensuring both technical and non-technical team members are well-supported throughout their journey.
- Proficiency in facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills that engage diverse audiences, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data and metrics (such as Team Sentiment Index) to drive decision-making and improve employee experience initiatives.
- Experience in developing and implementing career growth frameworks and pathways in a rapidly scaling environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects, maintain high-quality training materials, track progress across initiatives, and manage shifting priorities.
- Experience with training software and learning management systems (LMS), as well as e-learning platforms, is a strong asset for efficiently scaling training programs.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, such as human resources, organizational psychology, instructional design, or a technical discipline, or equivalent work experience in learning and development.
