IT Administrator

Vibac Group, one of the world's leading companies focused on the development and manufacturing of a diversified line of specialty packaging films and pressure-sensitive tapes, we are seeking for a candidate to successfully fulfill the position of: IT administrator

Job Description:

• installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications;
• monitoring and maintaining computer systems, local networks, Server, Data Center, Internetworks and telephone systems (local and mobile);
• talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;
• troubleshooting system, network internetwork and Telephone problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
• providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
• following instructions to repair a fault or set up a system;
• supporting the roll-out of new applications;
• setting up new users' accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues;
• responding within agreed time limits to call-outs;
• prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time;
• testing and evaluating new technology

Candidate Profile:

• High school, college or college degree in IT.
• Previous work experience in similar jobs is required (minimum 3 years)
• Knowledge of English, verbal and written
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software;
• Advanced use of Microsoft Windows operating systems;
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office packages;
• Knowledge of Android and iOS operating systems;
