IT Engineer

Quectel Wireless Solutions is a leading global IoT technology developer and cellular module supplier of 5G, LTE, LTE-A, LPWA, Smart Module, C-V2X, GSM/GPRS, UMTS/HSPA (+) and GNSS modules. Due to business expansion on Serbian market in newly opened R&D Centre, Quectel is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join our team in Belgrade.

We are looking for: IT Engineer

Job description:

• Responsible for the daily helpdesk technical support of the company and the installation of PC operating system and common office software.
• Responsible for the management, maintenance and daily inspection of the company's computer room, related network equipment (router, core switch, AC/AD) and server
• Responsible for the daily maintenance of the company's network, optimization of the company's Wi-Fi signal, and guarantee the normal operation of the staff's office network.
• Responsible for VPN construction, management and maintenance between the company and the headquarters and local offices
• Responsible for the management, maintenance, and routine inspection of conference room/ ZOOM conference equipment /Omnidirectional microphone/PC/ printer/projector/TV/attendance machine/phone /AP/ monitoring equipment to ensure normal use.
• Responsible for the company's IT fixed assets procurement, management record, update, and maintenance
• Responsible for the management and maintenance of domain accounts and entrance guard authority, and regularly check the permissions of various accounts.
• Complete other tasks assigned by leaders.

Required qualifications:

• Undergraduate or above, Major in computer related majors
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Familiar with ERP EIP BPM, EHR, CRM (Sales force), OA and other enterprise information systems
• Responsible for work and strong sense of time
