Due to further expansion, AXIANS Serbia is seeking to offer to the right candidate to join our team in the role of:
IT remote support operator
In this role, you will provide remote technical support for various IT equipment and systems, by analyzing requirements, resolving problems, installing hardware and software solutions, and supporting the assigned users in multinational environment.
In this position you will:
- Provide support for desktop and mobile desktop operating systems and various application software.
- Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and help develop solutions via phone, email, chat or remote access tools
- Identifying, researching, and resolving user’s issues using all available resources
- Independently perform problem determination and resolution
- Stays up to date with IT technology issues, trends and developments and communicates back to management and departments both issues and opportunities, and assists in developing and improving procedures, standards, and best practices
- Prepare and update system documentation as required
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with business clients, IT management and staff
Requirements:
- College or high school diploma preferably in the field of computer science
- Active knowledge of Serbian and Slovenian language is mandatory
- Good knowledge of English language
- Good knowledge of Windows operating systems, Active Directory, ITSM tools
- Experience in remote support and troubleshooting
- Ability to conduct oneself in business world
- Working experience in corporate environment will be considered as an advantage
