- Be in charge of ensuring the proper functioning, accessibility, and performance of the BSS systems
- Support troubleshooting and proactively resolve a variety of issues indicated by any non-typical behavior of the system
- Process demands, monitor, and coordinate activities when deploying new changes
- Implement changes to systems for improvement of system performance and operational manageability
- Organize and carry through all kinds of testing: Functional, E2E and Acceptance testing for changes and systems releases
- Be the link between IT and business system users for operational issues and requests
- Work as the second level support for the business systems in the Incident/Problem/Change Management process
- Maintain system and configuration documentation
If you have:
- University degree (Technical studies/IT)
- Any work experience in IT BSS Operational support role or Software – development
- Knowledge of LINUX/UNIX
- Knowledge in RDBMS: Oracle knowledge (SQL, PL/SQL), SQL Server, preferably
- Knowledge in any of PHP/React/Python is not mandatory but considered as plus
- You are comfortable in using variety of interface technologies like SOAP/REST/JMS
- Knowledge of written and spoken English (minimum B2)
