We are excited to announce an opportunity for a talented individual to join our IT team as an IT Support Analyst at our Belgrade office. As an integral part of our firm, you will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to our colleagues. This position offers an engaging and dynamic operational journey, where you will have the chance to contribute to the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for IT-related queries and issues, serving as a valuable resource for our staff members. Your technical expertise and problem-solving abilities will ensure that our end-users receive timely and effective solutions to their IT challenges.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Install, configure, and maintain software applications and operating systems.
- Set up new users' accounts and profiles and provide orientation and training on software applications and IT systems.
- Manage network connectivity, including LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi
- Monitor system performance and take proactive measures to prevent technical issues and downtime.
- Maintain inventory of hardware, software, and peripheral devices, and ensure proper disposal of outdated equipment.
- Document and maintain records of IT support requests, resolutions, and related information.
- Collaborate with the regional IT team to implement and maintain IT security measures, including backups, virus protection, and firewalls.
- Provide after-hours technical support as needed.
Key Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
- Solid technical knowledge of hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide technical support in a clear and concise manner.
- Professional level of English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows systems and MS Office
