We are looking for a competent, proactive IT Support Technician with extensive experience in a Managed Service Provider environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded technology generalist based in Serbia who thrives on variety, enjoys client interaction, and wants to grow with an ambitious MSP serving UK clients.
You will be the face of our company to our clients — providing exceptional technical support primarily remotely, while delivering a consistently high standard of customer service.
This is a remote based (home working) role at the moment, so the ideal candidate will need to be very organised and have extensive time management skills.
Essential Requirements
- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft-centric environments (Windows Server, Windows, Office 365, SharePoint, Azure AD/Entra ID, Intune)
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (routers, switches, VLANs, firewalls, TCP/IP)
- Working knowledge of virtualisation technologies
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills (you will support UK clients daily)
- Eligible to work in Serbia (Serbian citizenship or valid work permit)
Desired Requirements
- Proven experience working in an MSP or similar multi-client IT support environment
- Backup and server monitoring tools
- Anti-virus/endpoint security management
- Experience with Apple Products (MAC OS and IOS)
- Experience with remote support tools
