We are looking for a motivated and well-organized IT Support/System Administrator to join our team.
What will you do:
• Assist in installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software components
• Setup and configure laptop and desktop computers
• Asset management -Taking care of inventory (equipment, software, and user licenses)
• Securing data and devices using different vendors' anti-spam, antivirus, and firewall tools
• Identifying and suggesting possible improvements to procedures
• Helping colleagues in solving technical problems
• Site administration
• Assistance to the marketing team
What you bring to the table:
• Bachelor's degree in technical sciences or equivalent experience in the IT area
• 1+ year working in IT Helpdesk/System Administration role
• Ability to work and provide support to colleagues by (E-mail, Viber, and face-to-face communication)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with other team members
• Strong analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in English (both verbal and written)
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software on the Windows platform
• Knowledge of WordPress
• Knowledge of Google Ads and GA4 and design is a plus
