IT Technical Support (level 1/level 2)

Technical qualifications:

• At least 3 years' hands-on experience troubleshooting support issues across numerous environments
• Preferably a technical degree in Computer science
• Technical experience with Microsoft (Windows 10 Professional, Windows Server 2012 and later, Microsoft Exchange, etc.), virtualisation technologies (Hyper-V, etc.) and networking technologies (Fortinet, Cisco, HP, etc.)
• Technical experience with systems / user administration in Office 365
• Technical experience with troubleshooting end-user desktop problems (printing, slow computer performance, etc.)
• Technical experience with hardware platforms (HP, IBM, etc.)
• Excellent problem solving and time management skills
• Fluency in speaking and writing of English language

Position Summary & Key Areas of Responsibilities:

• Talking customers through problem-solving processes
• Providing support in problem identification, analysis, diagnosis, and resolution
• Monitoring the notification and ticket queue screens; troubleshooting undocumented problems
• Ensuring that customer faults are being worked in a manner that will result in the achievement of customer satisfaction
• Exceptional customer service orientation and team spirit
