Junior Frontend Website Developer

We are looking to hire a part time Junior Frontend Website Developer that can help to support our current customer base.

Initially we need 5 hrs per day but this can be reviewed after a 6 month period as workload is expected to increase.

Our product is a platform for delivering software to schools and the back-end framework is developed in SQL and Microsoft .NET.

We are based in UK/Ireland and the hours would be 10am to 2pm local time (9am to 1pm GMT).

Job Role and Responsibilities:

• Developing new customer websites
• Helping with day to day customer technical support
• Requests come from our support department and you will be required to make necessary changes on the customers website. There will also be additional platform development but the bulk of the work will be liaising with Customer Support.
• There will be weekly virtual meetings with KPIs and action points set

Competencies needed:

1. Expertise in both Website Design and Development.
2. Must be Fluent in English.
3. Good Time management.
4. Ability to work on own initiative
5. Must be able to contribute to product/idea development.
6. Be able to document systems.

Skill(s) required:

• Frontend - HTML| CSS| JavaScript
• Backend - .NET
• DataBase - SQL
• Bootstrap
• JQuery
• Cloud and Server Knowledge Advantageous 

Qualifications:

• Proven Track record of creating Websites with emphasis on design and responsiveness
• Some knowledge of other technology & SQL database useful
• Minimum 1 years of Experience.
