- Manage several vendors across our portfolio (for example Microsoft, Red Hat, Cisco, HPE ...),
- Working with the tools of the assigned vendor (configurators, certifications, marketing...),
- Taking care of projects involving SW/HW of the assigned vendors,
- It strives to provide the most favorable prices and conditions from the distributors and vendor,
- Makes a projection and forms prices that include final costs (import, customs, tax, delivery...),
- Analysis and comparison of received offers from suppliers,
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and distributors,
- Plans and coordinates marketing activities in cooperation with vendors and the marketing department and projects the budget for specific marketing activities,
- Organizes and conducts internal quarterly employee trainings on news and changes in the assortment of the assigned manufacturer (distributor, vendor),
- Communication with equipment distributors as well as internally with colleagues from different organizational units
- Coordinate and communicate product releases and updates, ensuring timely delivery,
- Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to project timelines or deliverables,
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
Conditions:
- Advanced vocational school/ Bachelor’s degree
- Work experience in IT sales is preferred
- High level of initiative/proactive attitude and can-do mindset
- Good knowledge of English (in speech and writing)
- Great people skills and good communication skills
- Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills
- The role of a Junior Product Manager requires approximately 20% travel to our customers
