YOUR ROLE:

• Support users in troubleshooting, identify and solve problems and incidents, technical research on configuration problems and functional issues;
• Ensure Data Center equipment and facilities are fully functional and up to Henkel standards;
• Maintain a secure IT workplace environment and support for all end users;
• Preparing and maintaining system documentation;
• Assist in global or regional IT infrastructure project roll-outs;
• Incident and problem management;

YOUR SKILLS:

• High school degree or higher - preferred University Degree in Computer Science (ETF, PMF, FON) or related;
• Preferred - over 2 years of experience in Business Computing or IT Industry;
• Technical knowledge / work experience: Windows Server & Client administration, Network (WAN, LAN) administration, information security administration, IT process and service documentation according to industry standards (preferably ITIL).;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Team working ability and flexible and proactive personality;
• Proactive and result oriented attitude;
• Effective planning and organizational skills;
• Self initiative person with high work drive;
• Advanced level in English (fluent in oral and written form) is a MUST;
• B category driver license;
• Flexibility, willingness to travel;

An employment contract for a limited period of time of 12 months including 3 months of probation period.
