Financial Close Management
Financial close management is a process by which accounting teams verify their accounts balance at the end of designated period. This will involve consolidating transactions from multiple account, ensuing that the data is accurate and identifying any issues that need to be adjusted. The FIS financial close manager supports the financial close process by allowing you to structure and control the certification of general ledger account balances for the close period.
The QA hired in this position would be working in scrum teams for the testing activities such as functional manual testing, functional automation testing, environment configurations, test cases writing and reviews.
What you will be doing:
- UI and API testing using Java REST Assured, Selenium Web Driver, Company developed automation tool
- Test execution and Defect Management
- Maintaining Test Environment
- Low level test case/ scenario preparation
- Contributing to Automation Framework
- Maintaining Test repository
What you bring:
- 1-3 years of experience in software testing
- Knowledge of SDLC and result analysis
- Excellent communication skills and should be a team player
- Ability to get down to details and be thoroughly involved in actual testing activities.
- Collaborate with development and release teams to ensure quality product
- Knowledge of methods, tools and technology used in software testing
- Knowledge of basic principles, processes, phases and roles of application development methodologies
- Knowledge of object-oriented development tools, techniques and principles with expertise in at least one object oriented language
- Skill in understanding and focusing on the client needs
- Skill in analysis, solid decision-making and problem solving
- Ability to work in an agile development environment where developers and testing personnel work closely together to ensure requirements are met or exceeded
- A degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Finance, Business, Economics or Engineering
- Fluent in English
Good to have skills
- Configuration related knowledge related to server and MS DB
- Knowledge and experience about API testing
- Knowledge about ISO Message Type

Sve. Skoro 3 godine bez dinara povisica celom timu. Ljudi koji su po 15 i vise godina masovno odlaze, a i generalno ljudi odlaze jako cesto, ostaju ljudi loji bolje ne mogu da nadju. Ljudi u kancelarijama su cudi, svajaju se za stolice, za mesta. Uzasan kod, bez dokumentacije, a ljudi nema koji vam mogu pokazati o cemu se radi jer su otisli. Od mog tima ostalo dva coveka, zamena za kolege koji su otisli jeste jedan praktikant. Ton glavnog menadzera u Beogradu kao sa kerovima da radi. Obecanja koja se ne drze, rad od kuce posle teraju ljude da dolaze, trenutno 3 dana, a prica se uskoro 4 i 5, pa na mesec dana da se ima samo par dana sa WFH. Rad se ne ceni, ceni se sto cete sedeti po kaficima sa menadzerima, ako se lepo uglavite dace vam 50ak eura vecu platu godisnje. Zale se nemaju para za povisice, a hvale se zaradom od 150 miliona eura samo na jednom projektu. Garazu su dali radnicima pa je oduzeli, okolo jako tesko pronaci parking. Jako puno nestrucnog kadra generalno u svim sferama, lose mesto za rad, lose mesto za ucenje i napredovanje. Preporuka da zaobidjetr ovu firmu ako mozete.
