Your team: 4 direct reports (3 Instructional Designers, 1 L&D Ops Specialist), part of a 20-member global L&D team

What will you do?
- Lead the Instructional Design team in creating, developing, and maintaining high-quality e-learning solutions
- Conduct learning needs assessments and scoping activities to create customized solutions for different audiences.
- Oversee L&D projects in line with business priorities, ensuring effective planning, execution, timely delivery, and stakeholder engagement.
- Implement and drive efficient workflows, learning production processes, and governance for instructional design projects and other L&D initiatives.
- Supervise and mentor team members, providing regular performance feedback, coaching, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Learning Partners, People Team stakeholders, and Subject Matter Experts to design and deliver impactful learning solutions
What will you bring
- L&D Expertise: 5+ years in L&D (tech/IT preferred), 4+ years in leadership/program management.
- Leadership & Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to lead an instructional design team, communicate goals clearly, and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to drive alignment and impact
- Project & Program Management: Expertise in managing multiple L&D projects in a fast-paced iterative environment while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Instructional Design & Learning Science: Deep understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning theories, user-centered design, and emerging methodologies to optimize learning effectiveness and engagement.
- Process Optimization & Governance: Experience in streamlining learning production workflows, implementing governance structures, and ensuring compliance with L&D best practices and quality standards.
- Data-driven decision-making & Technology Fluency: Proficiency in leveraging learning analytics, evaluation methodologies, and emerging learning technologies to assess impact, drive innovation, and improve program effectiveness.
- Language: Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
