We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Producer to join our team. In this role, you’ll have a direct impact on millions of our players by overseeing the development and execution of high-quality gaming experiences. Your leadership will help us deliver exciting, engaging, and polished games that keep players coming back for more.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

You’ll lead and manage the production of game projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.
You’ll collaborate with design, art, and engineering teams to create and implement game features that meet player expectations.
You’ll develop and maintain production schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
You’ll monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to keep development on track.
You’ll facilitate communication between teams and ensure everyone is aligned with the project goals.
You’ll drive the development of innovative gameplay mechanics and features.
You’ll review and provide feedback on game designs, prototypes, and final builds to ensure they meet quality standards.
You’ll continuously analyze player feedback and data to make informed decisions on game improvements.

What you'll bring to the team:

At least 5 years of experience in mobile game production with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
Strong understanding of game development processes and pipelines.
Exceptional project management skills with experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and motivating team members.
Ability to identify and resolve production challenges quickly and effectively.
A deep passion for gaming and understanding of player needs and industry trends.
Experience with both Web2 and Web3 game development is a plus.
