Due to our continuous growth, we are looking for:

MS Dynamics 365 F&O Technical Consultant

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain solutions across our client’s ERP landscape (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and Dynamics AX2009) using X++ and related Dynamics technologies
• Implement new features, enhancements and customizations with a primary focus on the Logistics and Warehouse Management domain, and supporting work in Order Management and Finance
• Translate functional requirements into technical designs and estimates in collaboration with internal functional consultants
• Contribute to project deliveries such as rollouts, migrations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain ERP interfaces to surrounding systems (data entities, DMF, batch and file-based interfaces, REST/SOAP endpoints)
• Perform code reviews, testing, troubleshooting and debugging across development, test and production environments
• Provide 3rd-level incident support and root-cause analysis for ERP-related issues
• Work as an integrated member of the customer's development team, under their functional and technical leadership
• Carry out configuration tasks in alignment with internal functional consultants
• Create and maintain technical documentation

About you

• 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and/or Dynamics AX 2009
• Strong background in X++, including extensions, customizations and the Dynamics development model
• Solid, practical understanding of the Logistics / Warehouse Management domain and the underlying data model
• Working familiarity with Order Management and Finance processes
• Experience developing ERP interfaces and data integrations
• Working knowledge of SQL Server and relational data models
• Experience with version control (Azure DevOps/Git) and deployment processes (LCS, build pipelines)
• Ability to work independently within a distributed, customer-embedded team and communicate directly with functional stakeholders
• Proficient in written and spoken English

It would be a plus to have

• Microsoft Certification MB-500 (Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate)
• Hands-on experience with the Warehouse Management (WHS) module, including mobile device / warehouse app configuration
• Experience with Dynamics AX2009, including its inventory and warehouse logic
• Experience with AX2009 to D365 F&O migration or parallel-landscape scenarios
• Experience with barcode scanning, warehouse automation or 3PL/carrier integrations
• Experience in 3rd-level support or Application Management setups
• German language knowledge
