We are an outsourcing IT company that started its journey in 1991. in the field of developing Web B2B solutions, and then developing corporate and many other microsites. Over time, we have positioned in the field of testing and development of "in-house" ERP software solutions. In 2016, we became a partner of Avnet Electronics Marketing, which led to the formation of many new teams in the field of SAP & Web Methods, Content Management and JIRA, teams for process automation using software robots, as well as BI and Process data mining.

As a Marcom Operations Specialist in our Marketing & Communications team, you will:

• Collect and analyze data from various sources, including website analytics, social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and advertising platforms
• Develop and maintain regular reports on marketing and communication performance
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights within data to inform decision-making
• Create data visualizations and dashboards to present findings clearly and concisely
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to define and track KPIs
• Provide recommendations for optimizing marketing campaigns and communication strategies based on data analysis
• Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform reporting and analysis
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Assist with ad hoc reporting requests as needed

If you

• Hold Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, statistics, or a related field
• Have proven experience in data analysis and reporting
• Have proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel, SQL)
• Have strong understanding of marketing and communications metrics
• Have ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Are experienced with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
• Have knowledge of database management
• Are familiar with digital marketing and social media analytics
