Role Description and Responsibilities
Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting the marketing and sales efforts of the company through the execution of lead generation programs and management of a solid marketing communications program to support the growth and expansion of the Company. This role includes researching the targeted audience, recording data from campaign results to add to future reports, and overseeing a company’s social media channels to ensure brand uniformity.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Sales and Marketing teams in the execution and fulfillment of lead generation campaigns to attract and convert prospects in the home healthcare and financial sectors.
- Work closely with sales, product development, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and coordination on marketing initiatives.
- Create high-quality, industry-specific content such as whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, and webinars and other social media (LinkedIn) content.
- Interface closely with Microsoft in leveraging partner marketing opportunities.
- Assist in the development and production of sales tools (presentations, proposals, customer/prospect facing documentation/competitive information/pricing models) as directed.
- Maintain corporate communications standards to support brand awareness.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Assist with planning and participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company’s solutions.
- Collaborate with industry associations, influencers, and partners to expand the company’s reach and credibility in the home healthcare and financial sectors.
Professional/Personal Skill Requirements
- 3-5 years’ hands-on experience in supporting marketing and sales efforts;
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the fields of marketing and sales;
- Great command of English communication skills (both verbal and written);
- Education – Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism;
- Experience in an IT related industry as a Marketing expert is a plus.
