It has been operating in Serbia for more than 10 years. We are positioned as serious partners in agricultural production. In addition to a large share in the market of agricultural seeds, we are one of the largest suppliers of the most diverse ready-made formulations of mineral fertilizers, plant protection products, as well as one of the largest exporters and traders of mercantile goods (soy, sunflower, oilseed rape, corn, wheat).
We are looking for a motivated Process Manager (m/f/d) to join our international IT team with a focus on SAP projects in the CEE area.
Location: Belgrade, Novi Sad
Extent of employment: Full-Time
Your tasks:
- As part of a virtual IT team (Austria and CEE), you will support the definition of efficient processes for our CEE subsidiaries and ensure that processes are the same in all CEE-countries whenever possible.
- You model processes and create system requirements, which are then implemented in collaboration with our internal and external technical specialists (mainly SAP).
- You are the link between the business departments and the technical teams.
- You support the technical teams throughout the implementation and ensure reasonable quality by pre-testing the new solution.
- You manage testing by SAP key users.
- You are responsible for documenting processes together with the business departments and support training on the new processes and changes in the SAP system.
- Small projects and change requests are managed on your own as a project manager.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed degree in IT, computer science or business field or comparable experience.
- Initial practical experience, preferably 3-5 years of professional experience in process management or as an SAP consultant.
- Proven expertise in SAP SD/MM (knowledge of FI/CO module is a plus).
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a virtual and international environment and to travel within the CEE area.
- You enjoy communicating confidently in written and spoken English, German is a plus.
